About Ice Arch Architects
Director, Alison Taylor-Stokes qualified as an Architect in 1998. This website contains samples of her projects in which some were with a Wilmslow based practice. Alison is experienced in all aspects of project development, from inception through design to construction procurement. Her focus on forging successful partnerships with clients is paralleled by her commitment to good quality design and her community involvement.
Alison's special expertise is in design and management of bespoke new-build homes for private clients. She also has extensive experience in design of large public buildings, small community facilities and residential developments. Alison has considerable skill in conservation and listed building renovation and expertise in environmentally sustainable, low-energy building practice.
Resolving complex briefs, she is committed to producing innovative designs which fulfil client's expectations and respond to context and community. Communication with diverse user groups combined with a thorough on-project practicality has seen her successfully take briefs from the client's first imaginations; helped develop and create the project so the client has enjoyed the end result.
We have offices based in two locations enabling us to cover the whole of the North West of England and North Wales.
