ICE Arch has a varied experience in the commercial, retail and leisure sectors. The practice has provided feasibility study for retail and industrial units and in previous companies our employees have achieved planning permission, provided build-ability packages and carried out on-site monitoring for projects including speculative offices, industrial units, hotel and leisure facilities, and bar and restaurant development.
Project experience in the catering and retail sectors includes the redesign of interior layouts, refurbishment of shops and bar remodelling and fit-out. Considerations are to staff working within the environment as well as to the customers and clients using them. Commercial projects are often contractor led, time-scales can be tight. Projects are carefully planned prior to works on site commencing, so as to cause the minimum disruption possible to existing businesses.
